We ship out orders as they are received; depending on when your order is placed during the day we may be forced to take your order to the post office when they re-open the following business day. Most shipping times in the US are 3-7 business days.
If you notice there is a mistake with placing your order please use the contact form on our website to reach out. If you receive an order and any items are damaged use the contact form and we will reach out within 1-3 days to help resolve either by re-making the order or shipping additional application kits supplies.
Size charts are available in the description page of the nail set. If you have ordered or purchased a nail set from us in person all sizing is the same online.
Each set comes with an application set which includes plant based nail sticker tabs, non toxic nail glue, cuticle oil, glass file, cuticle pusher, dehydrating pads, and some fun goodies.
Yes you can use the contact us form on the website to request a custom set. Prices for custom sets are quoted via email before creation and shipping and are based on supplies needed and hours of labor.
